The Pipe Band will be playing at the Breezy Mardi Gras celebration throughout the day and in the parade
The FDNY Pipe Band will be playing at the Christening of two Tugboats at the South Street Sea Port.
The FDNY Pipe Band will be playing at the WTC memorial wall on the side of Engine 10 and Ladder 10 at exactly 7:11 pm which is Sunset. This will be a short and powerful ceremony and a perfect way to honor and remember the sacrifices of 9-11. We will honor the members of our Band who were lost on this tragic day as well they are Bronko Pearsall and Father Judge.
The FDNY Pipes and Drums will be holding its 3rd Annual Pitch and Putt at Riis Park in Rockaway, Queens.

On Saturday September 20th, 2008 Engine 271 and Ladder 124 will be having there Centennial Ceremony in thier quarters located at 392 Himrod Street, Brooklyn. The FDNY Pipes and Drums will be playing at this event.

The FDNY Pipes and Drums will be playing at our good friend Danny Prince's Retirement Party. Danny has over 30 years in the FDNY and we are excited that we can give him a nice send off. Danny has been very good to the band over the years and we wish him nothing but the best in his retirement. The Event is taking place at the ElCaribe 5914 Strickland Ave, Brooklyn NY 11234, from 7:00pm - 12 Midnight.

This is the day when the FDNY members come together to remember the Brothers who have passed away in the previous year and to honor all of our Brothers who have died in the past. This takes place at the Firemans monument at 100th Street and Riverside Drive in Manhattan.

Bronk was a member of FDNY Rescue 4,Sqaud 1 & Ladder 146. He along with 342 other FDNY members made the supreme sacrifice on 9/11/01 at The World Trade Center. He was a 9 year member of the FDNY Football Team, the FDNY Emerald Society Pipe & Drums. He was also a member of the Hempstead Fire Department, Hempstead Flukes Drill Team and alumnus of the CW Post College Football Team.

The FDNY Pipes and Drums will be playing at this funeral for one of our own. The funeral will be held on Thursday, 10/23 at St. Mary Star of the Sea on City Island Ave. at Cross Street. The Mass will be held at 10 AM. Dennis will be missed and it is the bands honor to send him off.
The FDNY Pipes and Drums will be playing at the Deployment of the 306 MP Brigade from Ft. Hamilton in Brooklyn. The 306th is being deployed overseas in defense of our Country.

The fundraiser will be held at MULCAHY's in Wantagh (Nassau County) from 4-8pm(Corner of Railroad Ave. & Wantagh Ave. across the street from the L.I.R.R. station)
The donation at the door will be $50. That will include open bar and food with live music. There will, also, be 50/50 raffles, silent and chinese auctions, in addition to a new car raffle.

The FDNY Pipes and Drums will be playing at the finish line again this year. The finish line is at the famous Tavern on the Green restaurant. The band always marches across the finish line usually as the wheel chair racers are starting to come in.
The FDNY pipes and drums will be playing at this event. The Emeralds are honoring Bill Leahy (President of the NYC Burn Foundation & Chief Edward Kilduff (Brooklyn Boro Commander). This is held at Antuns in Queens Village.

It is with deep regret that the FDNY Pipes and Drums announce the passing of Lieutenant Robert Ryan of Engine 155 in Staten Island, the lieutenant was fatally injured while operating at a second-alarm fire at 39 Van Buren St. in the New Brighton neighborhood of Staten Island. As always the Pipe Band will be there to send him off with the respect that he deserves. Rest in Peace Brother.

The FDNY Pipes and Drums will be playing at the Annual Christmas Party for the burn center at the Water Club in Manhattan.
On Saturday, December 6, 2008, at 1130 hours the FDNY Anchor Club will host a visit to
Goldwater Memorial Hospital, located at the southern end of Roosevelt Island, to entertain the patients of
the hospital with a pre-Christmas show. The FDNY Pipes and Drums will play at this event as part of the entertainment.
